focus.music is a cognitive profiling music platform that delivers personalised audio experiences engineered for focus and productivity. The Service includes web, iOS, and Android applications.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
4. Subscription and Billing
Access to focus.music content requires a paid subscription. Subscription details, pricing, and billing cycles are described on our Pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
5. Intellectual Property
All music, audio content, algorithms, and software within the Service are the property of focus.music or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from the Service's content.
Music Content
All tracks are human-composed and exclusively licensed to focus.music. Streaming is for personal use only. Recording, downloading, or redistributing audio content is prohibited.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share your account credentials with others
- Attempt to circumvent access controls or streaming protections
- Use automated tools to scrape or download content
- Reverse-engineer the cognitive profiling or playlist algorithms
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription and delete your account at any time through the app settings.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the Service will meet your specific requirements. focus.music is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, focus.music shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
