• ADHD/ASD sensitivity indicators (if voluntarily provided)

Usage Data

• Focus session duration and completion rates
• Channel and track listening history
• App interaction events (anonymised)

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used to:

• Generate personalised music playlists matched to your cognitive profile
• Improve our slot strategy and track selection algorithms
• Provide customer support
• Send transactional emails (password resets, account updates)

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in Supabase-managed PostgreSQL databases with row-level security (RLS) policies. All data in transit is encrypted via TLS. Passwords are hashed using industry-standard bcrypt.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request a full data export or account deletion at any time through the app settings.

You have the right to:

• Access all personal data we hold about you
• Export your data in a structured format
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data

6. Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies for authentication session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Anonymous analytics may be collected to improve the service.
